We love to design. We also build!

Cyndi and Company is a full-service design/build company, which ensures that the project is designed and built to specific quality standards. From concept to design to selections to construction…you decide how we can help.

Cyndi provides the same time and attention that all clients deserve, no matter how small or how large the project. She designs with attention to details and considers each room to be a blank canvas on which to create color and patterns.

Functionality and safety are uppermost in designing a kitchen, but the end result should be a warm and comfortable place to cook, eat and entertain. It is, indeed, the heart of the home. Likewise, updated and attractive baths provide a pleasing ambiance for family and visitors.

What’s the difference? What are you planning to do? What do you want to achieve? Can the project be done in stages to minimize financial impact? Here are some options.

A totally new environment and ambiance:

  • Start from scratch and demolish the entire kitchen (or bathroom)
  • Keep room size the same but possibly configure cabinetry & appliances differently
  • Enlarge the space either by taking from another room or by building an addition
  • Purchase all new products and materials for complete room overhaul

My cabinets are good but I want an aesthetic change. This option provides the best opportunity to stage your project:

  • Keep the cabinetry as is or hire a professional painter that uses a specialized technique of “in place” cabinetry painting to achieve a factory finish…in a variety of colors and stains
  • Change countertops to granite, Quartz, Quartzite or concrete
  • Install or change backsplash to coordinate with new counters and cabinetry color
  • Change all or some: sink, faucets, cabinet hardware, lighting, room color

How do I keep costs within my budget?

  • Choose from multiple manufacturers and price points of semi-custom or custom cabinetry
  • Countertop and backsplash materials can considerably increase or decrease costs
  • Prioritize what elements are most important to you and are “must haves”
  • Consider alternate choices that will still provide an exceptional result
